The England team visited an orphanage in South Africa this morning ...."Its good to put a smile on the faces of people who have no hope, who are constantly stuggling, and face impossible odds" .....said Jamal Umboto age 6.

I got that in a text, but I don't know if my sense of humour is failing me or what, but I don't find it funny? :(

The thing is though... it isn't all that clever as it isn't really analogous to the English team's situation. They are still favourites to progress from their group, so they have hope. They certainly do not face impossible odds, the odds have always been in their favour, and still are. The only statement which you could say fits is that they are struggling, so...... na :)

When I was On Air yesterday afternoon, I wished my Dad, who lives in Canada, a Happy Father's Day then played "Living On A Prayer" as I know he loves that song...
...2 Minutes in and I got another message saying "Maybe you should dedicate this to all the England Fans" :D
