I have a client with an email address at bt internet.com

It seems two emails I have sent--one on a reply--did not arrive and are not in the spam box.

I did not receive an undelivered message.

She swears she has not received them.

I had a similar ish problem with bt also--used the wrong email address---btinternet instead of btopenworld.com ---my fault--BUT no undeliverable message came back WHICH MEANT I ASSUMED THE EMAIL HAD BEEN RECEIVED
BUT NOPE :eek:

That caused a bit of mayhem:bang: my fault I know but other providers seem to bounce the email so you know you screwed up.

Is this the general bt internet situation do you think--

I went off them when they merged SERVICES with yahoo and could not differentiate between myself and my son:eek:

I'm on btinternet.com and I've never had problems sending or receiving mails - what's the actual address you are sending to as it appears in your email?

Obviously I cant tell you -- client confidentiality and all that--but lets say for example its this which is very [email protected]
