Great writing on a 1U 19" plate, lets hope that there are not many requests. I think that you would also get cramp!

I kind of agree tha they do look tacky...but the ideas sound. In a recent thread, think it ws Ollies, some mentioned keeping a business card/note for B&Gs names etc...it would be ideal...

It is probably ideal for jotting down times or names

the 1U doesn't seem a particularly considerable size though with that chunky marker pen that they provide. With a thinner marker, I think it would go down well

Not bad, but most would struggle to afford 2U for something like this, and it would also be a bit fidgety.

Could be quite useful fitted below a multi-channel (16+) mixer.
Better than the infamous masking tape on the bottom lip ?:)

Laptop / Computer (Microsoft Word or Notepad Wordpad) most people will have a computer or some type at a disco
you get asked for a request... log it in one of them easier.

I dont like the idea of them rackwriter things.

Masking tape pulls off easy and doesn't rip the paint off your desk. How about just remembering things, or ... a pen and paper ?

Well I've used it and so have many others I've seen ;)
As the man says.... no damage to coating, especially if it's frequently replaced.

I suppose the main concern is getting ink all over your fingers and on the equipment
