typical sold my dmx operator 2 because it never got used, sods law.
but now with the acquisition of some 7 channel par cans,i find i am needing a controller, just thought i would ask on here to see what might be available, before splashing out on a new one.
could have bought ordinary RGB cans, but i kind of like the orange led's:)

Your not starting to go kinky are you :D
Seriously, you have two options.
Laptop software or lighting desk.
By the looks for the threads on here, quite a lot of the guys swear by daslight software.
I honestly haven't played with it yet, but I've got a copy and when I finally get round to installing it I'll have a better idea what it can do.
As regards desk's, you have a minefield of them in the marketplace.
I personally have a Pulsar masterpiece, NJD merlin and also a wholehog desk (yes I know I'm showing off):p
From what you are asking, you would be better off going down the software route rather than a dedicated desk.
What do the others think?

Looks like your stuck with the desk route then.
As regards selling your old desk, these things happen I'm afraid.
I've done it so many times in the past it's unreal :)
