............Booking form and Terms and Conditions, that is :) :)

I need to redo my booking form and check the T&C's. If anyone is kind enough to let me have a look at theirs for inspiration would be much appreciated. I will not copy, mainly to give ideas and check I have missed nothing.

If prefered by PM or E-mail is fine. I am not really wanting website booking systems, just the old fashioned paper method.

My booking forms are created by a database which I built myself (so it is the computer-based booking system that you're not looking for!). However, the completed forms get printed off so I'll see if I can did out some old forms and send them over to you to have a look at.

Cheers so far guys, really helpful.

I have realised that my business has improved as far as income, performance and bookings dramatically but the 'paperwork' and corporate identity needs a lot of looing at.

It will be a few weeks before I compile everything together, but will post for anyone else who may find useful.
