Did two eight year olds parties this week.
The first one was on Sunday at a Methodists church hall Newcastle and it was looking like a disaster as only a third of the invited kids turned up. The parents obviously thought the England game was more important.
The birthday girl was absolutley devastated. So Mary and me decided to try and pull out all the stops. To try and rescue the gig and I'm happy to report Mary turned it on big time. The kids and parents that did turn up loved it.
When the parents of the birthday girl handed over the payment to me. They also handed Mary a huge bouquet of flowers. Well Chuffed to say the least.
Last nights in Jarrow absolutley jam packed with kids from the start. managed to pick up 2 bookings as a result. Another kids party and an 18th in September result.
