Using Class D`s without sub?

Hi

As you may know i have a set of Class D 15ns(the heavy bass bins) that i use with the class d 12" tops. I normally have the output from amp going to the bins then out to the tops.
However on saturday i have a small venue to play which is going to have about 60 people in it and holds about 80. There is also a db restrictor and its upstairs.
Will i get away with not using the subs and just using the tops on my normal speaker stands? Or will these not have enough bass?
Not going to be alot of dance music as mostly rocky stuff requested.

Personally, no. 15", yes, but mine have loads of bass, as they're the 15SP's. At a guess, I'd say if they're the wooden cabs, you'll just be OK.

Is it possible to use just one sub? (ie, 1 chanel going to sub then top then the other channel just going straight to top?). Im just trying to cut down on the carrying!

Most of my gigs are done with just the cd12sp. Had weddings for 120 and they were no pronlem. The cheaper ones may struggle, but for 60 people will be fine.

I wouldn't. Both or none is easiest and safest. One is tricky to do right.

Bigger cab than the 128 range, and more bass therefore. If he turns the bass up a bit on the mixer, I think he'll be fine.

Thanks guys. Im setting up extra early so may take the subs anyway but will try with just the 12s and see how i go. If its ok, i`ll take the subs home.

well yes and no
I am still waiting for class D to re-stock the crossover , one of mine burnt out ( the section that goes to the 15" driver) I still have to carry both around , but I have remover the driver from the bin with the bad crossover , its used as a box with a top hat mount for now , as the HP side of the crossover is still working ,I wire up as normal , difference in output/sound quality+ very little , so yes you can run one sub in those circumstances
