The cable means so little when you consider the connector to it is still a plated copper conductor soldered on by a chinese / viatnamese / japanese (insert appropriate here) worker with little or no knowledge of the job they are doing. After that the noise threshold would be that close to a standard ofc cable as to make no difference whatsover.
Plus of course if you have ever actually looked inside your amp the cable that connects to the output is normally very basic with no shielding etc so not a lot of improvement.
How do people still fall for this I have no idea.

I am surprised that A1DL hasnt addressed this thread yet ;)

Surely there is an explaination for the price of these, otherwise they wouldnt market them, if there are no sales, then these are bound to become discontinued quickly.

That sounds VERY expensive for cables. You may even struggle to find Cinema cabling coming close to such prices.
