Has anyone ever seen a punch (die) for making the hole for an IEC power socket in a metal panel?
That wont break the bank

Take it to steel frabrication unit - it won't break the bank and they know what they are doing.

peter never stick your toe in without testing the water first,got nothing to do with being hidden by the deck stand:D

Use a pilot drill, mini hacksaw, file and dremel....... That will kill an hour or two!: :D
