Just watched millionaire on ITV 1 and apparently Waterloo is the most requested Karaoke song (according to a P.R.S survey)....:)
Choices were Waterloo, Deliah, Angels, I will survive....
I would have thought Deliah!!

I was just about to say that.....
Is it because it is 8 minuites and they want to get their monies worth....Is it cos the Ladies can't wait to screech the "STOP RIGHT THERE" bit....
I don't think I can stand many more double doses of that great song sung badly!!!:eek: :eek: :eek: :bang: :bang:

Nah, it's because they didn't survey enough people up North... ;)
I have never had that as a karaoke request and think I have only played it once whilst DJing from what I can remember.

Agree, but would have thought sweet caroline would be up there, or if a recent pole 'I gotta feeling' which must be worse than hearing people singing Angels. :D

Mind you, I hate karaoke and usually avoid it like the plague, and have only ever been to 'public' karaoke evenings (eg down the pub) as opposed to private events - which I should imagine would differ somewhat.
