I shall be requiring this before mid November , a powered speaker . I am providing the music for a wedding ceremony ( you know , the bit they say "I might" :D ) .
its at the other end of the venue from the disco , so a powered speaker will be great , if the price is right I may be tempted to have a pair :D

Cheers

Pair of SRM450s coming up mid September.

Probably over budget for this gig, but a worthy investment?

Have a think about appearance etc, if the speaker can be seen. Personally I use 2 (or 4) Warrior PSR8a speakers as they are compact and well hidden. A great big disco speaker on show in a lovely laid our wedding ceremony room will stick out like a sore thumb. Obviously if this is a one off, cost will be priority but if it's something you are looking to do in future have a good think about equipment used.

Only used once so far, but this is my speaker of choice for smaller ceremony rooms.
