Great Service

In this day and age its nice to get first class service.
Just over a year ago i bought a pair of Tapco Thump powered speakers from Absolute Music in Poole these were for our hire stock,guess what just after the 1 year warranty ran out one of them gave up the ghost .
I contacted them and they said they would repair under warranty even though
it had run out.
Had a phone call today saying there was a long delay getting the parts and if i brought the other one back they would give me a new pair of the Mackie Thumps which are better than the original ones.

Now thats what i call service.:D

I get all my gear from them and that level of service doesn't surprise me in the least, they are spot on. They have lent me gear for weeks before, to evaluate it before possibly buying it. Lent me gear free of charge when something is in for repair. They have given me a full refund on some lights I bought but after a couple of outings I didn't like them, no fault on them, just not for me.
