According to
http://www.djstore.com/item/soundcards/nataudio2dj.htm
it comes with two jack to RCA cables. Has one of them become faulty, cos you'll be using different ones for the CD players. Nine times out of ten it's cables at fault.

i didnt get any cables with it as it was second hand, i thought that you only had one jack from channel A then it splits into the two rca's?

Get another jack to RCA cable and your mixer will magically come back to life

That's my assumption, from reading the link.

Replacement, you mean? That's what I suggested. As I said, cables are so often the cause of such issues.

But he only has one lead so he needs another for the other channel.

I'm firmly convinced we're all at cross purposes here. What he needs is to have two of these, or equivalent ( assuming RCA inputs on the mixer)

, one for channel A and one for channel B. Then set soundcard to left deck =channel A, right deck=channel B.
Unless I'm missing something.
