Recommendations for Portable iPod Dock?

I'm going away next week and I'm basically wanting to buy a reasonably loud portable speaker for my iPod.

I'm sick of trawling through reviews and can't get to the shops till the weekend so any sort of heads up is greatly appreciated.

I should add that its not important that it can dock the iPod, portable speakers are fine too its just that the common shape of the docks is convenient for packing.

What's your budget?

Reasonably loud? Is that Hotel room loud, beach loud, bit of a party loud???

Battery and mains or just battery or just mains?

How portable?

Up to around £100, hotel room loud and portable as in portable (battery).
