Hi guys i have been djing in the Surrey and Sussex area for the last ten years and for the last six months i have found it very dead with enquiries.Has anyone else had the same problem? It seems to me that people don,t want to spend the money. In Dorking where i live a lot of people now have birthday parties in restaurants and the like.

Hi Cabman,

I'm also in Surrey, and 2010 has been a good year this end.

I often work in your neck of the woods as well. I was at Friends Provident a couple of months ago, Wotton House a couple of weeks ago, Denbies in a couple of weeks time and I also do a fair few at the Burford Bridge Hotel...so it seems the work is out there.

I hope things pick up for you soon.

Hello and :welcome2:
If i do pack up i will put it all in the for sale forum.
Just a reminder that the for sale section is for our long-term members who are regular contributors here. - ie you need to have been a member for more than 3 months plus you need to have at least 100 posts. We found it necessary to do this because we were just being used as a free 'Exchange and Mart' by people turning up having no intention of contributing to the forum as a whole, and just using us for what they could get out of it.... hope you understand :)
