Posting Videos on the forum.

Need a bit of guidance of how to post videos on the forum have tried to compress in to zip files from Movie files (if that is the right term) at end of upload get a strange message illegal file up load ? .Any guidance to get me started would be of great help.

Submit your video to youtube and then just add the URL of the youtube page with your video into your post.

We dont allow direct video uploads as it will use too much disk space.

Still not sure how to get the URL tried to copy it to box all i get is invalid file
sorry to say not very good at computers,there is a embedded file double dutch to me is that the one i need to use can it be copied in to the box sorry to be such a pain.

You don't need to embed it - just copy and paste the http://www bit :D
