Having done a quick bit of research, I'd say it was legit site - if you're in Florida! It's also backed by PCDJ themselves so it must be some sort of PCDJ distributor in the US.

The site's own legal disclaimer at the bottom of the page explains that the service is created by the company in accordance with the state law of Florida. I'm not sure you could legally use the site in the UK as I'm not sure they are licensed to sell outside of the US.
