I have just added a script to my site with an online demo for a secure php contact form for anyone to add to their website.
It has required fields and validates them and uses Google's reCaptcha.
Feel free to download and use it if you want to. If you need support can you use the blog on the site.

Your server must be using PHP version 5.20 or later for it to work.
