I'm new.. well kind of!

I've been browsing the forum for a few years and must say it has been a great help for me when looking into new kit and thinking of ways to improve what I do.I eventually registered once it seemed to become mandatory in order to browse the forum!

I've been DJing since I was about 12 - at parties for friends and family.

I'm now thinking about taking it more seriously and hope to (soon!) start a business with my friend who has been DJing almost as long as I have.

I work full time, in IT, Media and Events but dream of being able to DJ as my main profession!

I was lucky enough to attend BPM this year and it has really made me want to do this more than ever!

I'm looking forward to getting more involved in the forum too, instead of just reading it!:p

And if you hadn't guessed it my name's Jack!

Damn! That would have been a good idea. I'll definitely be going again next year. Gutted I didn't win the £5K of DJ gear on Saturday!! We entered every competition we could find but no luck!:p Just waiting for all the marketing material to start flowing through now the event is over!!
