Relaunch Ideas

Hi Guys

at the end of this month i re-launch my comapny "Rhythm Factor Discos & Karaoke", i have the venue arranged to coincide with their reopening and im looking for novel ideas to make it interesting, ideas ive come up with so far is maybe party bags with a mix cd and business card inside, but that's as far as ive got.

Anyone have any ideas?

yes ive looked into the licenses for this and i have to be careful how i do this and what tracks i choose

If you give people a bit more info, it might help them give suggestions:-

What sort of event is it going to be (eg a show / fayre / exhibition type thing during the day, or a party in the evening)?

Is it going to be invite-only guests, or a 'free-for-all'?

What is your target market, and does it coincide with the venue's?

Is it corporate, general private, wedding based?

...you get the general idea. Without having a better understanding of what the launch is about, I doubt people will be able to give you much in the way of ideas. :)

Its on an evening from 7pm till 1am, its invite to certain people and of course you have the venues guests and its a basic reopening of the public house which has been shut due to a refurbishment, the target market is 25yrs+ and coincides with the relaunch of my company. It will be an opportunity for me to a) show the type of entertainment i do and b) reach out to potential future clients
