Hello!

Hey! Just thought i'd take a quick few mins to introduce myself....

Me is Shaun, i'm 22yrs old and i'm a section manager at a Tescos. The pay is crap for the work i do!

The reason I am on here is that I have taken the step to get into the mobile disco business. Although i have never done this, I have knowledge in both PA and Lighting. I did a year out doing schools work deliverying assemblies and lessons so i know how to talk to public and get them listening and interacting.

I have done PA and Lighting for bands. This is all i have done.

I am sick of slogging my arse off working for Tesco, the pay is rubbish and the hours are not even enjoyable.

I want a liveable income so i can support myself and also my family (me and my partner are trying for our first baby).

I am not expecting 000's pounds a month at all. I want something i'm going to enjoy earning. This is a long term venture.

I look forward to getting more involved in the forum and hopefully get to meet a few of you!

Hehe. I did a small gig a few weeks ago. It was for the Tesco's community fair. Just played some tunes all day. Hired a set off Martin Audio tops and bins, set of QSC amps, a small A+H desk. The gig saw about 2000 people come through the doors. Was good feedback aswel.
