I am looking for a decent second hand trailor.

Box length between 7-8ft height at least 5ft and width roughly 4ft6in....must not be more than 6ft wide in total.

Single axle and braked prefered.

I will pay a fair price for the right trailor but nothing tatty please as I work some very smart venues and also sometimes I will leave kit in it till the following day so it must be secure and water proof.

I don't get on here as often as I would like so my numbers are:-

Thanks

Single axle braked is a rare animal. Once you get into 8ft boxes you are looking at twin axle really. I would recommend looking on ebay for a lynton load runner as meets you box requirements, but it does have a long hitch pull. IFor Willams are great but finding a big box with a 5th load height are like rocking horse poo and around £2,000 plus.

The Ifor Williams BV84 is the ideal one for me but the best I have seen it new is £2,700. I will pay that if I have to but would rather get one for a bit less. I guess my ideal would be one about 2-3 years old for round the £2k mark.

I did start a thread in the chat section asking about Tickner trailors which are some that do look ok but I haven't heard anything about them before.

With combo doors that is a bargain. Go and get it. Ramp on the rear with the doors too is a real boon. If its big enough (and the BV84 was not for me) the that is a good price. I spent 18 months looking at IFors before getting a Lynton Load Runner.
