Website Down

My website has been down for 2 days!

Zyweb have had problems for the past couple of months. I would lose my website for a few hours each day. Now it has completely gone!

They say it is a technical problem with Flexiant.com their service provider.
I have had the site for 6 years with Zyweb with no problems up until now.

I am not technical. I do not know how to program in code. Zyweb was perfect for me as it is a simple online webpage building program.

Looking for some ideas as what to do as now fix is on the horizon.
