New site looks cleaner on the front page, in terms of presentation, I think it looks less busy. it looks easy to navigate and find the key info potential clients would need. I like the option to see video footage on the front page.

100% the 2nd site. Larger font, better layout and technically far superior (better use of H tages/divs etc).

I'd personally change the CSS/XHTML validators to small text links only - these will only confuse some clients.

My only complaint is the gallery.
You're presenting the full-res image to the browser, and reducing its size in HTML. This results in a slow page load, and varying results in different browsers.

It looks like you're using your own PHP code (as opposed to Joomla/Wordpress) for this, but you can still use a better Gallery;
Take your pick;

Most of these really only require JQuery, a small bit of CSS and then an Unordered List (UL) of images/links.

You will probably need to create the thumbnails (unless you get a PHP script to use GD to resize for you. In the short term, Irfanview is a great free tool for batch processing images.

I would also suggest keeping the images to 800x600px, your current images are 2048px wide..
I also have created PHP code to apply a watermark to a folder- yell if you want a copy.

Hi Jason.

Thanks for your input. My gallery is custom made to the way i wanted it.

EG i login in to the admin of the site i made and upload one image i want for the front image.

When this done it will make it own folder in my FTP so can just ad the images. The code with then get all the images in the folder and show them on the site. and put a water mark on them.

But for the image size im gonna resize all the image my self.

Also would like to see your water mark script because i do think i need a better one
