Hi all,
Dont really know where to post this so i think this is the right place.

I've got the Dj Event Planner software liked to my site and its not really being used very much.

The client area is not used at all by any of my clients. I think one person has logged in since i got it in Feb.

I dont know why and when i asked a few clients they said they were not very good with computers. So i have put a walk through together so that they can see what it does before login in and how to use it.

Please see attached file and any comments is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Elliott

Appologies its in two parts size issues for this site!

I *think* someone from Wirral made an enquiry on my DJEP from the IP Address;
86.183.20.122 (BT is their ISP)
I don't mind other DJ's doing this, but would prefer it if they gave their details so I could help with any queries.
I don't provide instant online prices, preferring to speak to clients before quoting.

Anyway, one major problem on your site is that your availability check is not working.
Could be a DJEP issue, or set-up at your end.

I don't really see problems with the DJEP system. I get the odd client who creates a playlist as a guest (rather than a client), but also offer email/paper/phone service - leaving DJEP for my use only. To date, I've never needed to provide any documents.
