Can anyone tell me where I can get some sort of clamp to fix a free standing mini disc player into a 19" rack?

We have a domestic style CD player (for hire use) of similar size rack mounted using one of these http://cpc.farnell.com/pro-signal/psg02520/rack-shelf-universal-2u/dp/DP29459?Ntt=dp29459 You can either velcro the unit into place or unscrew the feet & then screw them back on from the underside of the shelf through the holes provided so that the screw holds the unit in place.

Can you possibly tell me what the internal measurements of this shelf is please.

I have spoke to CPC and they only have the external measurements.

It's about 18 / 18.5 inches (w) internally if I remember correctly (the lugs are where it bolts to the rack & are no bigger than the equivalent on a rackmount CD player, that should give you an idea)

Depth wise around 13 / 13.5, maybe even 14 inches. It fits well within a standard size rack

Just had a look at the manual for the player. It'll fit perfectly you just need to decide the best way (for you) to attach it.
