Another speaker question, sorry.

Hi Guys
i am after yet more advise on somthing.

First of all, can i link two amps together to run a pair of full range speakers that are 8ohm and a pair of bass bins that are 4ohm.

Also, one of the amps that i have has a built in crossover option with high pass and low pass socketts, how would this affect the way i have to link the amps?

The last thing is this, if i can use these speakers that run at differant ohms, How would i controll the base going to the tops, do i just turn the bass down on the mixer and if so, would the bass binns receive enough of the low signal to work ok.

Sorry for all the questions but i have been trying learn more about linking amps.

the only way to adjust the bass on the tops and not the bass speakers, would be to use the High Pass link out on the amp

But we are presuming that the amp with the crossover is the bass amp, which can then let you link out to the other amp (high frequencies only)
