I was just wondering if anyone has recently downloaded or purchased Virtual DJ. How much did you pay for it? It seems to be selling at £201.00 on the VDJ site, is this the price you would expect to pay for it at the moment?

Thanks again.

Mike.

Sounds about right Mike. I brought mine in store about 18 months ago and it was £225 then.

It was £140 at BPM, exchange rate online at the time was £180 to buy back in October.

Thanks Adam, so that makes the price of just over £200 about right?

Think I paid about £60 for the upgrade to v6 a few months ago. If you have another Atomix product you can upgrade for a decent discount. I upgraded from version 4.

So upgrades are obviously not free? Unless I am mistaken, with PCDJ when a new version becomes available, you can upgrade for free.

Same here. Upgrades are only charged if you want to upgrade from a limited version.

Yes but don't you need to be a registered user for free upgrades? I bought my version 4 as a retail-boxed product and couldn't remember my registration details (log-in, etc). I had originally registered with a now defunct email address so couldn't even go down that route. I had to upgrade from the Purchase screen using my VDJ4 keycode.

I also bought v6 from BPM at £140 and since have had the free upgrade to v7.

I'd paid £199.99p 2 years ago for it.
