Ripping Mastermix Grandmaster CD's

I'm after some help on how to rip a few mastermix grandmaster albums to MP3 so they play continous in one file.

I've been trying to rip but getting gaps between each song.

Can anyone suggest how to rip the entire grandmaster cd as one file so it plays continuously with no gaps.

Iplayer on Itunes just highlight all then select Join tracks and rip.
