Hi all,

does anyone have a KAM KWM1940 UHF Twin Wireless base unit kicking about?

I dont need the mics as I have a few :)

Thanks,

I do have one, the provenance is in question, however... the PSU dropped a wire off and I have been unable to repair it, but the unit powers up with a Pound Shop transformer and picks up the mics just fine...

... But as the £ item is only 12v - and the proper item is 14v - the sound output is very low, I'm guessing due to the reduced voltage, hence the proper item should bring it back up to speed. 2 Mics are included, I've even got the box somewhere...

Will post to you for £10 + P & P costs if it's any use to you, and will refund the £10 if it turns out to be a dud.

FYI, you can get a replacement power supply from Cookies for £15 inc postage. I bought one myself just a fortnight ago.

Thanks, but Malcom has the rackmount 1930 system and not the 1940 I'm looking for.

Thanks guys - still hoping someone might have one spare.

Cheers - and it seems I have been over hasty there - I actually have the 1930 (rackmount) system not the 1940...
