How do I mount lights on top of a dual bar?

Hi guys, I've got the ultimax dual crossbar, but I'm wanting to hang a star cluster from the top and have a scanning laser from Bottom. I was just wondering what sort of clamp I'd need I was thing about some kind of O-clamp but it would need to be square?

Yep that's what I use for up & under mounting

Standard G clamp works fine (one above) as long as it's tight. If your truss is painted it scratches it unfortunately.
