following on from charlie's thread. what is the worse or most unsuitable presents, you have received or given to someone, don't have to be this year
I will start with a couple
one year gave the wife bedsocks ( not her main present but it did upset her) also gave her a hot water bottle the same year
this year the mother in law gave my 5 yr old granddaughter peppa pig pants(that was the full present) that upset me

I used to buy my wife a 'practical' present every year, but after a couple of years she didn't find it funny anymore.
Presents included a 4 gang and salad spinner...

I'm not bothered but my presents were pretty weird this year. :(
Hairdryer and this random coffee machine and a posh dressing gown.
'As you get older Charlie, we don't know what to buy you.'
'Well, a mackie speaker case would have sufficed.'

Great gifts ideas there
Here are another few for those of you with women hoover bags, car cleaning kit, bigger fridge so you can keep more beer in the fridge for her to fetch
For some reason my dad and my sister feel that a Lynx gift set is suffice. Brill - loads of lynx - woohoo.
I always do okay with the wife. You want a good place to go then try www.celticsheepskin.co.uk as it is a winner. Okay loads of it is really top end money, but a pair of sheepskin slippers is always a winner as they are very very high quality and makes it look like you habe spent a lot of time on it (exclusive brand and all).
Sheepskin boots for Mrs DJ again this year. Not Uggs, but better and more exclusive.
Also the baby presents are divine if you have friends having little ones. little booties and puds are beautiful.
