Youtube soundtrack confusion

I've just made a new video for my dancefloors uploaded to Youtube and it's said copyright issue soundtrack disabled.

Now, I don't have a problem with that as it's happened before and I did an audio swap.

The confusing bit is, if you watch via my Youtube page the audio is disabled but if you watch it via my facebook page the audio plays :confused: :confused: :confused:

Any ideas how to get around this?

I'm currently adding a new soundtrack and hope that this one is ok.

When you say "watch it via my facebook page" do you mean you have also uploaded it to facebook, or you have created a link from facebook to youtube?

If the latter, that's odd:confused:
If it's a separate upload to facebook, they don't use the same thought police that youtube use:D

Only way round it is to buy the relevent license(s)* (however you do that!) and then argue with youtube and prove that you are licensed to do it.

*Dubbing license, performance license, broadcast license etc etc etc
