Hi Adam, loving the websites and the "Who we have worked with..." bit is impressive.
How, may I ask is Trevor Nelson, Sash and people like Booty Luv affiliated with your DJ/Disco company, I'm intrigued (and a bit bloody jealous to be honest lol) :D

So they've never really had anything to do with Luminar Discos side of things?

Our DJ's have played along side them at club events across Scotland and the UK.

I was going to say!
I thought you had access to these kind of artists. One website says you charge £140 for a disco and the other says you can provide N-Trance and Culture beat.

Charlie, anyone can have access to these artists mate. Doesnt take much of a google search to find out who their management office is.

I'm talking specifically about the mobile disco side of things Adam, are you multi-op? How many DJ's does Luminar Discos have?
I now feel I'm pressing a bit much for a newbie thread, my apologies. Enjoy the forum, I'm sure you will ;) :beer1:

Haha I only came on to say hello!
I have three units at the moment and don't really plan on extending past that. £140 is our base price but do a fair bit of up selling etc. What about you?
My other company (clubinc.net) is an agency that looks after nightclub bookings for the listed artists. Some on an exclusive basis, others non-exclusive (works with other agencies). For example, if you look at N-Trance's website they list both us and another firm as their agents. As a bit of a plug... if anyone out there wants to offer anyone on our roster... I'd be happy to work with you!
Some of our artists will do private events, weddings etc.

Two very different business models!!
Still getting used to the whole 'quote' thing on here so sorry if this has answered the question twice... but yes we do have access to these artists. With some we are their exclusive UK booking agent and with others, they work with lots of agencies.
Thanks to everyone for their welcome messages!!

I'm a one man band, in my 3rd year fulltime here in Scotland, after quite a lot of years as a full time DJ/Compere in Tenerife. :) It's great to see more lads in Scotland :beer1:
