View Full Version : PA Hire needed - Northampton area

I need to hire in a PA for a corporate function. My pair of 802s and one little sub just won't cut it on this occasion.

It is for Tuesday 1st Feb.

Instead of paying hire company prices I thought I'd ask here first as most DJs will have a system sat there doing nothing on a Tuesday. It'll be safe with me, I'll look after it.
I was thinking maybe a 4 box active system like the Mackie 450/1501 combo or similar. But am open to options/suggestions.

Venue is by J15/16 of the M1
I will need to collect Tuesday mid morning, and return wed mid morning.
I'll be travelling up from Surrey so can collect anywhere nearby or anywhere on the way. Or if someone wants to deliver and collect from the venue. I'm open to all options.

Please post offers here or send me a PM or e-mail me at [email protected]

Thanks.

Steve

You have a few pricing inconsistancies too, ie Martin Atomic is just £15 a day on one page, and a more realistic £25 on another.

Thats because it is cheaper to dry hire things than for us to take it to an event.

The dry hire page (which is the linked to page) contains only the price for dry hire (£15.00). If a bride wants it for her wedding and wants us to set it up it will be £25.00.

Long term there will be a separate dry hire site, when I get a spare week :)

Likewise able to help... Have single 15" subs, single 18" subs, Double 18" subs and various different sized tops to go with them as well... Can deliver, set up and collect too and sure we can come to an arrangement on price suitable for both parties :D
