Here comes the legal stuff mate, your not allowed to link pirate radio stations (as technically, thats what it is) unless you have every license under the sun.

Don't worry though, i also run one :)

i have read the copyright stuff for shoutcasting and it is perfectly legal. So shoutcast (www.shoutcast.com) say.

"With few exceptions, it is illegal to reproduce, distribute or broadcast a sound recording without the permission of the copyright owner. It is your responsibility to comply with the copyright laws when you become a webcaster."

I don't see anywhere, where shoutcast say you can do it without a license

Does that not apply only in the US though?

Unfortunately there are legal implications to running internet radio shows without a proper licence (licences can be purchased via PPL as far as I'm aware). As much as we'd love to allow you to post your radio link we can't. Sorry mate.

failure to comply with the laws can get you banned from working within the radio industry for 10+ years
