As the title says a used light trussing with wind up handles(not the flimsy ones) looks a bit flimsy but i just snapped it together without bolting it, and 2 T bars(not wind up ones)

No idea of the load capacity but they are heavy duty so i would guess a lot but, Too heavy to post im afraid, Unless your visiting down south
