Rack accessories

Basically, got a 10u by 10u sloping top rack off ebay for a tenner. Its in pretty bad nick, but with a bit of TLC could look near on new.

My question is, where in the UK is the best place to buy rack accessories? Like, recess plates, plugs and connections, latches and locks, corner protectors you get the jist!
