anyone worked at Oxenfoord Castle near edinburgh?

Ive got a gig there tonight, but cant seem to get an answer on the phone.

Looking for info about access to the hall, hall size, distance from van to hall etc

I'll keep trying the phone, but have to leave about 8pm to head over so could use some info before i leave.

Access is around the back of the building and up quite a few outside stairs to next level. Go past the building (it'll be on your right) and then you have to reverse your vehicle down the side to the back entrance.
Take torches and worklights to light up steps.
The set-up area is directly through rear entrance.
The time that I played there the room was free to set-up in from 5:30pm.
Guests were dining in another part of the building.
Size - about 40ft x 50ft with an overflow leading into a "stately" living room.
Set-up area width about 12foot.
I took 2 x SRM450s they were more than suitable.
Take 2 x 20ft extension cables are power sockets are on either side of room but not where you are setting up.

thanks for the info lee, it was spot on.

They have now got a security light near the back stairs so no need for torches anymore
