I have the following lighting and sound equipment for sale, its all in excellent condition and can demonstrate, its also all been regularly serviced and flight cased or covered from new as applicable.

Pair of Martin Professional Wizard Extremes each in its own top quality Thomann flight case and sold with fitted hanging brackets, safety cables, mains and DMX leads, terminator and a DMX Duo recorder/replay unit. These lights were re-lamped and serviced on 27 November and have been used about 50 times since which only equals about 200 hours of use. The replay unit has some programs already in it which are for first dance, mirror ball effect, twinckling purple stars and one for faster dance music and so on, it is easy to do your own via Freestyler or something like and then load them onto the unit. These are still awsum lights and IMO there’s not much else available as good.

£800 for the pair and all the bits and bobs with them.

Pair of OHM BR18 bins and BR12 full range cabs with covers, 2 light weight EV3000s amplifiers and Cleo controller in a 6u metal flight case with all the leads and genuine OHM poles. For anyone not listened to these I will demonstrate, they are high quality…I would say on a par with MA Black Lines.

£2,500 the whole system with all the bits and bobs.

Pair of RCF ART310A in genuine RCF covers. These are less than 12 months old and only used a few times, sold with mains leads and XLR leads. I use a lot of these and really rate them, it’s a matter of opinion but I have put them up against SRM450s a few times and they always come out on top.

£500 for these.

Bose Classic system consisting of 2 L1 poles with PS1 stands, 2 R1 remotes and 4 B1 base bins sold with all the leads and original bags. The system itself is about 4 years old but still looking like new as its always been bagged, one of the PS1 bags is a bit torn in one corner now as it’s a tight fit and you have to pull it a bit to get it on…except for that no faults. I have written a couple of extra curves and installed them but can demonstrate and explain to anyone interested.

£2,000 the system.

LEDJ 8-way Spectra Bank in good condition except for some of the LEDs are down, think its 2 banks of 6 that are down hence the price. I could get this repaired and sell it for twice the price but would rather let it go as it is.

£30.

Plastic flight case, this is a 10u top, 6u front and 8u rear, can't remember if its Prolight or Protex or what but its the black plastic type with silver metal edges and rack strips with butterflies, looks smart and is very lightweight...plenty of fixing screws included with this too.

£30.

Postage would be difficult for most of this stuff so would rather meet up or you collect, I am in N Staffs, ST5 6EA which is half way between J15 and J16 of the M6 or I would be happy to travel about an hour to meet up…i.e a general radius taking in Birmingham, Manchester, Derby or Shrewsbury areas.

If you want to discuss any of this its 01782 638033.

Just to update; looks like the Wizards, Spectra Bank, Flight case and Bose are sold but I will let you know if anything falls through.

I had an enquiry about selling just one Wizard; sorry but they had to go as a pair.

bargain of the year on the wizards!

I ran those Ohm speakers a couple of years ago with Matrix amps and it was the best sounding system I ever heard. Reason I sold was it was a bit too big for my car but thats a serious system for anyone out there!

I have sent a couple of pics to Daren so if he likes them they are his, the other enquiry was someone who asked if they could have just one but I really did need them to go as a pair.

Cheers Sweetie; the Ohm BR range is rather good IMO and I have listened to it ran by Matrix at Ohm several times and it is good, I used the EV amps though because I already had them when I bought the speakers, they are nice amps and very lightweight. The cabinets are a bit large and heavy but they are good quality ply and the bins have a honeycombe structure inside that tightens up the bass very well. TBH I have been a bit of a hauder and really do need to clear some stuff that doesn't get used much and get some cash in towards changing my vehicle.

Cheers Daren...good to have a chat on the phone today and looking forward to meeting up one dayh in the not too distant.

Might have someone for the OHM but not sure, its a band that are kind of interested but it has to be the whole band agreeing and so on. Could do with some interest in these RCFs though, they really are a cracking speaker for a resonably priced 10 inch cab.

I have always been interested in selling my Mackies for RCF's but you need a bin with them, don't you?

I would recommend using a 705AS bass bin with the 310A's. The 312A's just about manage on their own, but the 102 just dont have the bass response IMO.

You would for any larger or bass heavy events Charlie - but they'd be great for your kids parties (pop them on speaker horns attached to your DSB uprights and you've got a neat compact set-up), and for smaller functions on their own.

I played a small wine bar with about 100 guests the other night (only had a small dance area in front of me) and they were fine.

Or if you had to set up a separate system for speeches/background music away from your main system at a wedding.

I'd say if you had the money spare (or could get it) they'd be a great buy.

You can just about get away with the 310s on their own for up to about 100 folk but the preference would bve with bins, they work well with the 902s too. Very useful to have with something like the Carlsborough wireless links which makes it easy to put them in a seperate bar area or out on a patio in the summer.

Would you sell the ohm bins on there own? cheers

Don't think so for several reasons. I have a band getting back to me on Sunday after all the members have discussed buying the system on Saturday night. The amplifiers and controller are all racked together with patch panel and so on and the Cleo controller is designed to go with the 4 box system.
