... Daniel Johnson of not last years, but year befores X Factor.

Anyone worked with him before as we are proving the DJ services in between his sets on 18th Feb.

Should be interesting anyway to get a look at what sound reinforcement he employs, etc.

Yes i worked with him and the rest of the xfactor tour on a gig last summer.
He was one of the better ones buit still just tipped up with a ipod with the backing tracks on and wasn't interested in doing a sound check.

Spoke to the agent again today to check on the PA issue as I am led to believe the person booking had not stipulated a PA was required when booking. Agent says its with the hotel to sort. Hope he doesn't expect to plug into me as I am taking a minimal kit and no live desk. No doubt the hotel will have sorted it :-)

I worked with him over a year ago and provided PA but he wasn't the only act that was on that night it was a corp for Traders Media. We had a couple of singers and a band and he was IMO the best act. I think he is from Reading but I think I recall him saying that he either used to or lives in Widnsor now. I don't recall him on X Factor as I have never seen it as I'm always out working when its on, its happened a few times when people have asked me to work with someone from the X Factor and I have said who? But in all fairness they have all been very good.
