Ya but you can't really tell.

You get a better idea on youtube than someone describing a light on a forum.

Plenty of clips of lights in actual gigs as well as the promo ones. And some DJ Shops do really good reviews as well.

What do you aim to do with them? Point at dancefloor? Ceiling? Need large coverage? What are you going to be using them with? Budget?

Why do you need it Matt? You have four very expensive Martin scanners!

Save the money to put towards a nice website.

I have a Revo 3 , it has good coverage but the in built programs can become rather predictable so it's better if used with a basic controller or use a DMX desk if you can get yer head around dmx-ing.

Where are you located ?
There may be a reputable DJ shop near to you where you can go and have a play.

I'm planning to try and get the numbers of light's which I use down to as minimum as possible. I have two led lights which I point at the ceiling so I what to get this down to one light for the ceiling so any advice would be nice.

Have you considered a Chauvet 4play ?
That way you can minimise the number of lights that you carry , and you can illuminate the floor and the ceiling at the same time.....
