Dunno if anyone on here will have known or remember Terry Hilton alias Sammy Plank, well he’s died aged 62 from cancer, he had been clear for a while but it came back pretty badly round about last September time.
Sammy was very well known in the Potteries from Radio Stoke, Signal Radio and internet radio stations. He was one of those rare DJs that was brilliant both live and on the radio and always willing to help out whenever I had got a charity function that I needed a hand with.
Its very sad and he’ll certainly be missed by loads of people round this area.
