If you ever use CPC and get annoyed when you get charged a 'handling fee', try one of their sister companies here (http://uk.farnell.com/)

They don't hold stock of everything that CPC do, but for things like leads, tape, batteries etc, they are very good and there is no handling fee, no matter how small your order.

I ordered some extension leads at 6:18pm last night and they arrived an hour ago!

Well after my recent experience with CPC, I will certainly consider that - I received an invoice for £7 odd which was a handling fee to send me a thank you letter. I still havent received it back as a refund yet....
