Well it's not!
Had surgery on Wednesday and it turns out I had a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament), a torn PCL (posterior cruciate ligament) and a menicus reduction in my knee.
Pain in really kicking in and still clunking away like anything.

Had my first post surgery physio appointment today....not good!
It would appear that I had actually torn my anterior cruciate, never realised and it's reattached itself onto the posterior ligament! God knows what they'll find when they do my left knee!
I was planning on doing the London to Brighton Bike Ride in June this year but it's now looking like that's not going to happen which I am absolutely gutted about. :cry::cry::cry:

You can insure against loss of earnings due to sickness. No idea what it would cost, or what kind of ilnesses they would pay out for though.
