WANTED: Dimmer Pack

Following the pars i've just bought from Tom.Lovick, i'm now after a dimmer pack.

One of those ones with DMX in/out and IEC inputs for the pars, you know what I mean :D

I think Callum's suggestion is your best bet once you take into consideration the cost of 2 sets of couriers on top of the hire for each time you want to use it.

You're probably right, but £60 is a bit steep for a couple uses a year I think, if that.

Multiply that by however many times you think you may use it.

I think the £60 option makes more sense

He told me earlier he didn't have to charge VAT.

He told me being LTD and VAT registered is different.

I dont know anything about this so am only saying what he said.

That doesn't have anything to do with VAT.

I'm guessing the +VAT is only on the courier cost, though Tom can't show it as VAT on his invoice unless he's VAT registered, so woud have been better off just giving a "all in" price.

As discussed on the ltd company thread - being a limited company and being VAT registered are 2 different and completely separate things!

However, Tom did say 'plus VAT' in his quote, but AFAIK, Tom's company isn't VAT registered, so perhaps he needs to clarify here why he would be charging VAT. :confused:

The VAT is from the Courier charges.

I normally use DHL for reference.
