...a USB soundcard available that will split a signal into 2 outputs. Each output would then be a 'deck' on pcdj on the laptop?
So 'Deck A' would be output one, and 'Deck B' would be output 2?
Little new to this :)

You could always use two individual sound cards or one external and one internal via headphone socket.
I use two externals but handy knowing you can use internal as a backup!
