excellent service from thoman

I have to say i was very impressed with my recent purchase from thoman.After ordering\payment,i got an email to confirm my order,i then got another email to say goods had been dispatched.

I ordered on the wednesday at around 3.30pm,and was surprised to have the delivery by lunchtime on friday.

Ordered some par cans this morning around 9:30am and got an email saying they had received the order. In the email it said...


Please understand that our team can only process orders
during our usual hours of business. Orders after 6 p.m.
(central European time = GMT+1) are usually processed
the next morning; orders placed over the weekend cannot
be processed before Monday.

I thought ok, thats normal - fair enough.

Just had a text message now to tell me my order has been dispatched! Wow!

I just hope everything arrives ok... I'm sure it will.

Does getting gear delivered on time really mean excellent service?

It's just doing what they are supposed to IMO.

Well I had an issue with my gear from Thomann - they arranged for it to go back by courier and replaced it within a week. I'd certainly buy from them again.

It does in the Uk but the Germans do everything better than us imho .

My experience with Thomann has been hit or miss. Small purchases no problem. Large orders nothing but trouble.
