Hi all,
The other day I ordered some CD's from Amazon from the same seller. They were mega cheap. I update my music daily so I had most of the tracks anyway. The CD's were NOW 70,71,72,73,74,75 to keep the collection going.
2 of the CD's were faulty (one broken and one scratched) so I emailed the seller to ask what the deal was with returns and this is the reply that I got.
Hello, I am very sorry to hear that the items are not suitable, we work hard to check all items before they are dispatched to ensure that only items that pass our quality standards are sent. However, it would appear that this has not happened in this instance. Please accept our apologies. In lieu of this, it is only fair that we immediately send you replacement copies - these will be sent for dispatch today. Regarding the items in question, please dispose of them as you see fit - there is no need to return them. Once again, please accept our apologies, and thank you for your custom and your patience.
Now, I could be trying to pull a fast one (I'm not but they don't that). They are obviously trustworthy and I think it's good customer service. Just thought I'd share that with you.
The CD's were dirt cheap so if you need to update stuff and you want the sellers details, let me know.
