Anyone have a name of a program that converts itune purchases to normal MP3 to work on my laptop mixer?

you could just re-record them as another file when playing them on your PC, i don't use iTunes so don't know if theres any bits of kit out there im afraid.

The other way to do it, is to burn them to CD and then rip back to your Laptop, but that's slightly iffy too...

thing is will they only play on itunes, i cant get them to play on any other software

When you play them, they are still shoved through the "Wave" output in your computers mixer. So just select your favourite editing suite to record from the Wave signal. I would recommend Adobe Audition (aka Cool Edit Pro)

Have you tried Win Amp!!!!!

It plays package files (Sims 2 kind) and no otheres do that!!!!!!!
